What we collect
Your email address, and the profile details you give the agent during setup — age range, income range, financial goal, and how you say you would react to a market decline. We also store the simulated portfolio activity you generate: proposed trades, your approvals and rejections, and the resulting positions. We do not collect real financial account data, because the service does not connect to real accounts.
What we do with it
We use it to generate your allocation, to produce recommendations, to show you how your past decisions turned out, and to send the agent digest email. Messages you send the agent are transmitted to a third-party language model provider to generate a response.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to answer your individual request.
Who else processes it
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (the language model behind the agent). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
If you use DelegateWealth through your bank or credit union
Administrators at your institution can see your account activity, portfolio value, and the record of recommendations and decisions — that is a regulatory requirement for them. They cannot see your conversations with the agent, and they cannot see members of any other institution. Data is separated at the database level rather than by application logic.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove your account and associated portfolio data.
The agent digest is sent only when there is a recommendation waiting. You can turn it off from your account, and every message includes a way to stop receiving them.
