Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of DelegateWealth. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
DelegateWealth is an educational paper-trading platform. It simulates portfolio management using real market prices and simulated money. It does not hold, transfer, or invest real funds, and it does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
No advice, no reliance
Nothing produced by the service is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Outputs are generated automatically, including by large language models, and may be incorrect. You should not rely on them when making real financial decisions, and you accept responsibility for any decisions you do make.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, access other users' data, scrape at volume, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uptime, and simulated portfolios may be reset during development. Please do not treat anything here as a system of record.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DelegateWealth and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss arising from decisions you make based on the service. Because the service involves no real money, it cannot itself cause you a direct financial loss.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
